I guess I didn't include enough information when I posted this problem yesterday. One of our RealTime partners is putting information in the office description of their units that we do not want advertised on Craigslist. I handle the listing information for a whole company full of agents who make Craigslist posts. I understand that I can make my own description to omit this information, but is there a way I can change the information so that everyone can use it AND it does not change back when the RealTime partner updates?

Sorry for the confusion! Unfortunately there is not currently a means to set an agency-wide Unit Title and Description on a shared unit from a RealTime Partner. The best way is still to handle it on the individual agent level, by using the "Your Title" and "Your Description" sections on the specific Units information page.
I will flag this case as a feature request and send it in to the development team. Since we are constantly growing and evolving our platform this feature may very well be added in the future. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
