45 days

Would it be possible to have the number of days increased from 45 to at least 60, if not more? We are just starting to get notices of expiring leases from some of the first deals we closed in rentjuice but the 45 day notice is too short - most tenants have already found a new property since they have 60 notice on their lease.

Thanks for the feedback! I have heard this request recently and will pass this forward as a feature request. What length of time would be ideal to you regarding this notification, is 60 the sweet spot? I will compile some more information and pass this on!

I think it would be best if we could change the amount of days each time its prompted. 60 days is the most frequent, but some have 90, others 30 (very few 45 actually), some 120 days.
