Agency and Agent Leaderboard

How do you add agent's names to the Agent Leaderboard and how are the Leaderboards updated?

Hi Mary,

Agents are automatically added to the 'Agent Leaderboard' when a Deal's status is changed to 'Accepted'. The Leaderboard is calculated based on the information in the 'Fee Ledger'.
