Thanks for writing in! Currently the easiest way to preview a template would be to add a unit to your advertising queue, then simply entering the Advertising Queue and selecting different templates and clicking preview. Unfortunately there is not a quick way to preview them in your account page. I will flag this as a Feature Request and let you know if it gets implemented. Thanks for the great useability feedback!
