Can we save building access info / super numbers / building location & neighborhood etc. ??

Joe Concept NYC Sep 07, 2011 08:06PM PDT

If We have a particular listing that is ACTIVE and we fill out all the building info as well as access info / super phone numbers etc. Once it becomes rented or Off The Market ... do we have to restore the info we initial inputted for that listing, once another unit becomes available in the same building ? In other words Do we have to continually put in this timely building information every time a random unit becomes available in that particular building ? Does your software save all building information even if there are no units present at that particular building ??

Greetings Joe,

Thanks for writing in. The building info should always be saved on that building page. If a new unit is added to this building, you can simply select "Apply to x units" next to each field you want to transfer to that unit. Your information is always stored on RentJuice unless you manually delete the unit. Even if the building was in your account because of a shared unit that was just rented, as soon as a new unit or that very unit returns to market, all your information should still be saved on that building.

Best,
Eric
