Thanks for writing in! By default only Admins and Owners at your office are able to delete deals. However there is a admin/owner permission setting that allows agent's to delete their own deals. On an admin account this is located here: http://app.rentjuice.com/account/settings/deals

You can ask your admins to delete the deal in question for you, or you could inquire about having the setting activated to allow you to delete your own deals.

I also want to mention that a Deal can not be deleted once a Credit Report is pulled. For legal reasons there has to be a copy of each credit report.
