We use the file cabinet on each landlord's page to store hot sheets, and the files are uploaded by our receptionist. Currently there seems to be no way for an agent to see the latest hotsheets without digging for them on each landlord's page...would there be any way to designate or "tag" a file as a hotsheet so that the site could populate a list of hotsheets in chronological order so that agents could see all the latest sheets in one place? Maybe a "hotsheets" tab under the "landlords" tab? Also, if the files were tagged, the system could give the receptionist the option of notifying agents by email when uploading a new hotsheet. Also, because the hotsheets come from landlords as excel, word, and other file formats, could the system convert the files to PDFs on the fly when they are uploaded like google docs does so that they are more accessible when viewing on smartphones in the field? I guess what I'm asking for is a "hotsheet uploader" that could do all of these things...big request I know!
Just my two cents...
Thanks!
Greetings Dan,
Thanks for taking the time to send us this suggestion! I will pass it on to the team and let you know if we decide to implement this. This is a big addition but I will definitely pass it on and see if we can add a similar feature in the future!
I also want to mention that this would basically all be covered by our Data Entry service currently. The units are updated by our own Data Entry team based on the hotsheets you forward to us, and the most recent hotsheets will be visible on each of the individual units and on their Partner page, so that you can see where the information came from.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Eric
